For hundreds of years the Elwha Nation has harvested salmon as a food source. In the early days food storage for cold winters was required for survival. The time honored tradition of curing fish by smoke was used to meet this need and continues on. Our hand packed canned seafood has been enjoyed by millions of families and friends for over 52 years.
